 Easy 7 Day Return Policy

  • You can return any item within 7 days of receiving it free of charge.

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • To start a return, just contact us through WhatsApp or Email (details below), and our support team will guide you step by step.

We’ll arrange a free pickup from your location  no need to visit a courier office!

 2 Day Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and checked, we’ll process your refund within 2 business days.

  • If you paid Cash on Delivery (COD), we’ll contact you to arrange the refund via bank transfer or another convenient method.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation once your refund is completed.

 Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products (like personal care or opened food items) may not be eligible for return unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

If you ever receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us immediately  we’ll fix it right away.
